Strong Vpn has been reliable and Ive had no problems with it!
I have used StrongVPN for a couple of years now. App connects seamlessly. Great for use with suspect public wifi.
Ive used Strongs VPN service for years on a router, but had only recently changed my account to allow two devices to connect, and installed the Strong VPN app on my iPad. It gathers the details of my account on login, meaning I dont have to configure anything locally, connects speedily without issue, and displays the "VPN" notation in the menu bar of the iPad, regardless of the app Im using. Excellent developers.
Most impressed with StrongVPNs customer service. Absolutely blew me away. Very quick response time and people responding had great knowledge and patience. This was extra helpful for me as I was traveling. Thanks.
I travel through several countries and often I had to apply for special pass codes that expired quickly and head to make calls to verify myself. While I was happy for that bank security, it was pressure and hassle. Having StrongVPN ended that hassle. Plus working out of hotel lobbies or hostels, it was nice to be secure. I used it on both an iPhone and on my Mac. I was very impressed by the pre-sales chat with Claudia. I also got the help that I needed after I signed up.

Some bad moments

I like StrongVPN’s service for both iPhone and Mac, but I have tried several times to install the app over the past few months and it has never worked.
maybe the first trial of this software - needed some more bug fixes until working properly
Trying to login with my details and it just loads and loads cant even connect to server or sth. Fail
The app doesnt even sign in anymore. Went from working flawlessly to just not connecting at all. And every time you change servers you home PC has to be reconfigured. In general starting to become dissatisfied by StrongVpns service....
I have a Strong VPN working account. I have had to manually setup the account on my iPhone. The iOS app does not recognize my email and password used on the strongVPN website. Odd. Great service, just cant use the app at all.
Used this VPN for 9 months and it was great. Then suddenly it doesnt work on any of my devices! Tried reloading it. Reconfiguring it. Nothing works!
